1. Enrollment & Registration

• Admission to any course is confirmed only after full payment of the prescribed fees and submission of all required documents.
• The institution reserves the right to accept or reject any application without stating reasons.
• Students must provide accurate personal and contact details during registration.

2. Course Fees

• All course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of classes.
• Fees can be paid through approved methods including UPI, bank transfer, or direct deposit at the school office.
• Fees once paid are non-transferable between students or courses.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are only processed under specific conditions as outlined in our Payment & Refund Policy.
• No refund will be entertained once the course has commenced.
• Any refund request must be made in writing and approved by the school administration.

4. Attendance & Conduct

• Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory for all classes.
• Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect faculty, and follow all school guidelines.
• Misconduct, damage to property, or violation of school policies may result in suspension or termination without refund.

5. Course Schedule & Modifications

• The school reserves the right to modify course schedules, instructors, or training modules when necessary.
• Any change will be communicated to students in advance whenever possible.

6. Certification

• Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of the course requirements, including attendance, assignments, and assessments.

7. Intellectual Property

• All training materials, designs, and content provided during the course are the property of the school.
• Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The school is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises.
• Participation in practical training or workshops is at the student’s own risk.

9. Privacy Policy

• All personal information collected during enrollment will be kept confidential and used solely for administrative purposes.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course offered by Vibe Tailoring & Fashion Training School, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the Payment & Refund Policy.
