Payment & Refund Policy
At Vibe Tailoring & Fashion Training School, all course fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of training. Fees can be paid through approved methods, including online transfer, UPI, or direct deposit at the school office. Payment confirmation serves as official enrollment validation.
Refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances:
- Course cancellation: If a course is canceled by the school, a full refund will be processed.
- Withdrawal before commencement: Partial refunds may be granted (subject to administrative charges) if written notice is submitted before classes begin.
- No refund after commencement: Once a course has started, no refund will be issued under any condition.
All refund requests must be made in writing to the school administration. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
