At Vibe Tailoring & Fashion Training School, we strive to ensure that all course materials, kits, or ordered items reach our students and customers safely and on time. This policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver physical products or materials purchased from our institution or online store.

1. Processing Time

• All confirmed orders are processed within 2–5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed after business hours or during weekends will be processed on the next working day.
• In case of high order volume or special training materials, processing may take longer. You will be notified of any delay.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

• We partner with trusted courier services for domestic deliveries across India.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–10 working days depending on your location.
• Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery times are estimates only; delays caused by courier partners or external factors (weather, lockdowns, etc.) are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.
• Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
• Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for specific courses/products.

4. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at the time of purchase are accurate and complete.
• The school will not be responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact our administration office within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
• We will investigate and provide a suitable replacement or resolution as per our policy.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are limited to addresses within India.
